Q?Can we use credit card ?
Yes, you can. We accept VISA, JCB, American Express, Diner?s Club, Master Card, Debit Card. 

Q?How is room facilities and amenities ?
Dryer, Soap, Liquid Soap, Body Soap, 2-in-1 Shampoo, Shampoo, Conditioner, Toothbrush set, Shaver, Shower cap, Comb, Towel, Bath towel, Yukata and Slipper.

Q?Can I stay by myself ?
Yes, We accept reservation from one person. 

Q?What is the maximum number of guest in one room ? Can we stay as a group ?
We have room which can accommodate maximum 7 people. 

Q?Do you remove futon bed when we have breakfast ?
Usually we do, but we can leave futons as it is upon request. 

Q?Is there non-smoking room ?
I'm afraid that we do not have non-smoking room. Upon request, we can arrange to remove smells as much as possible. 

Q?Is the bath in the room hot spring ?
Yes, it is free-flow hot spring water from our own spring source. 

Q?What time is check-in and check-out ?
Check-in start from 15:00 ~, check-out is until 10:00.
Please inform us if your check-in time will be after 18:00.
For some plan, check-in / check-out time is fixed. 

Q?When should I inform about cancellation?
Please let us know as soon as possible.
Based on cancellation policy, we will charge cancellation fee. 

Q?If we stay 2 night 3 day, can we spend daytime in our room on 2nd day ?
It is possible, please relax in your room.
Please understand that we have cleaning time for public area and public bath. 

Q?How much is the price for children ?
For children age 6 - 12, we charge 70 % of adult. (Kids meal)
For children age below 6 and need futon, we charge 10,800 yen (Tax included)
For children age below 6 and only need futon (no meal), we charge 6,480 yen (Tax included)
For children age below 6 without meal nor futon, we charge 3,240 yen (Tax included)

About meal

 Q?What time is dinner and breakfast ? 
Dinner starts from 18:00 or 18:30, breakfast starts from 8:00 or 8:30.
 
Q?Is there optional dishes to add on ?
With advance reservation, we can serve Ise lobster dishes, Abalone or red snipper.
 
Q?Can we order optional dishes after check-in ?
It depends on our stock, so it may not be possible. 

Q?We have some food we cannot eat….
Please let us know in advance, we will try to arrange menu for you.  

Q?Can we go there just to have lunch ?
Yes, it is possible. Based on our occupancy or date, we may not be able to accept.

Q?We might arrive late, can we still have dinner ?
Please let us know your arrival time.
If your arrival time is after 19:00, we may not be able to serve dinner. 

Q?Which season is the best to enjoy local food there ?
We serve monthly menu with seasonal fresh ingredients.
So Guest can enjoy each season's flavors. 

Q?Is there some place we can drink ? 
We have some alcohol menu in our lounge.

About Facilities

Q?Can we buy souvenir ?
souvenir is available at the shop.
Shop open from 8:00 to 20:30.
artworks at the lobby and hallway can be also purchased. 

Q?Can we play ping pong, or mah?jongg ?
Automatic mah-jongg is available in mah-jongg room.
Mah-jongg room fee is 12,600 yen / day. 

Q?Can we use internet ?
Wireless internet can be used in al rooms.
Please ask password at the front desk.

Q?Is your property barrier-free ?
We have universal toilet in front of the front desk.

Hot spring, Bath

Q?Is there open air hot spring ?
We have open air hot spring which is surrounded by mountains of Izu, where you can hear the sound of Kano river.
Please enjoy free-flow open air hot spring.

Q?What time can we use hot spring ? 
For safety reason, public bath will be closed from midnight to 5:30 am.
From 10:00 to 15:00, public bath will be closed for cleaning.

About Direction / Parking

Q?Is there any parking lot ?
We have free parking lots. ( 20 cars can park)

Q?Is there shuttle bus service from the nearest station ?
From Shuzenji station bus stop #5, take bus to Arajuku.
It takes about 30 minutes to get to Arajuku bus stop.
Arajuku bus stop is right in front of our hotel.

Others

Q?Can I make payment instead of staying guests ?
You can pay by bank to bank transfer.
Pease inform us when you make reservation.
We will let you know the bank details and total amount.

Q?Is it possible to check in early ?
Our hotel will close after all the guest check-out for cleaning. By check-in time, we will clean our facilities and garden for maintenance. We may not be able to provide room if you arrive before check-in time. Thank you for the understanding.
Guest can wait at lobby or lounge space until room is ready. 

Q?Can we leave luggage if we arrive early ?
We can keep your luggage, please ask our staff at front desk.
If you are driving, you can park your car and go sightseeing.
If you are parking your car, please inform our staff at front desk.
